Pink Petticoat from Lola's Occasion image stamps. I have used watercolour pencils to colour the image and layered it onto Bazzill cardstock. The background paper came free with Papercraft Essentials magazine. The Scalloped circle filled with confetti has been made using a scalloped circle punch, and then using a circle cutter to remove the inner circle. I have used acetate to cover the scallop circle and layer up with foam pads, before dropping in the heart confetti. The sentiment was done on the computer and then attached to the back of the scallop heart.
